By using the Stockshift app (\u201cApp\u201d), you agree to the following Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d). Please read them carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Acceptance of Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By accessing or using the Stockshift app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our <a href=\"https:\/\/stockshift.stage2.ws\/mobile-app-privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>. If you do not agree, do not use the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. User Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. By registering, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Roles and Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stockshift provides a digital platform for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Farmers<\/strong> and <strong>agents<\/strong> to find, request, or collaborate on freight transport.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Truckies<\/strong> and <strong>trucking companies<\/strong> to list available trucks and respond to transport needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Receivers<\/strong> to be notified of incoming freight (where applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stockshift is not a transport provider, freight broker, or agent. All transport agreements are made directly between users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Booking and Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Search for trucks or post \u201cTransport Wanted\u201d requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit and respond to booking proposals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose to pay via the in-app payment system or arrange offline payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All booking, cancellation, and refund processes are subject to each user\u2019s stated policies and platform-defined rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Cancellation and Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each truckie\/trucking company may define their <strong>cancellation terms<\/strong> during proposal submission. Farmers and agents are encouraged to review these terms before accepting a booking. Stockshift is not liable for refunds and will not mediate disputes unless legally required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Group Bookings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stockshift allows for group bookings, where multiple farmers may share truck capacity:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A group leader manages the post and final booking decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All members vote on proposals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leaving a group may remove the user\u2019s vote and participation in the proposal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Disclaimers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stockshift does <strong>not verify<\/strong> the identity, licenses, or capabilities of users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stockshift is <strong>not liable<\/strong> for:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misrepresentation by users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Booking cancellations by any party.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Losses, damages, or delays arising from transport arrangements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users agree to independently assess and verify any transport provider or freight offer before accepting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. User Conduct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree not to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the app for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impersonate others or provide false information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post or transmit content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates another\u2019s rights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Circumvent or attempt to reverse-engineer the app\u2019s systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stockshift reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Content and Licensing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users retain rights to content they upload but grant Stockshift a limited license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for operating the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockshift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Modification and Termination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance. We also reserve the right to discontinue the app or any feature at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms are governed by the laws of <strong>Australia<\/strong>.
